About us
Cairdrow Capital assists family offices and institutions throughout the lifecycle of alternative asset management. We work with our partners to strategise, source, underwrite and execute on unique global investment opportunities leveraging our deep industry relationships and proprietary deal flow. Technology aids our execution, however nothing replaces genuine relationships, deep alignment and actionable insight.
Our Approach
We combine bespoke sourcing and rigorous risk management to deliver compelling off-market opportunities and then work vigorously to operationalise business plans and assist local teams in delivering real long-term value. Our goal is to surface opportunities to generate alpha that leverage our decades of expertise and a tactical opportunity to deployment that larger asset managers miss.

Founding Partner | CEO
Stuart is a Founding Partner of Cairdrow Capital. Prior to Cairdrow, he was a Managing Partner at Brookfield Asset Management where he served as Brookfield’s inaugural Head of Asia Real Estate, China Country Head and Head of Strategic Initiatives for Brookfield’s global property group. He is a ULI Global Trustee and serves on the board of the Canada-China Business Council. Stuart holds a BA from Bishop’s University in Canada and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and London Business School, where he was awarded the “New Generation of Leaders” scholarship. He received the Silver Magnolia Award from the Shanghai Government for his contributions to the financial services industry in 2022.
